Johnna Reeder Kleymeyer is the President & CEO of the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, Southern Colorado's largest chamber of commerce and economic development organization. Since joining the Chamber & EDC in 2022, she has led key initiatives in aerospace, defense, and legislative advocacy, resulting in 41 new projects, 6,564 new jobs, and $2.34 billion in capital investment across the Pikes Peak region. She also launched the Titans of Economic Development Council, a coalition of more than 80 partners who raised $5.3 million to accelerate regional growth.

Under her leadership, El Paso County led the state in Office of Economic Development and International Trade project wins in 2023 and 2024. She guided the creation of Innovate Pikes Peak, a regional collaboration linking education to career pathways, and helped establish the Colorado Aerospace and Defense Economic Development Council (CAD-EDC), advancing Colorado's statewide leadership in aerospace and defense. The Chamber & EDC also hosts the Pikes Peak Housing Network and the Colorado Small Business Development Center, strengthening local business and community resilience.

Grounded in her faith and commitment to service, Reeder Kleymeyer brings decades of leadership experience, including serving as President & CEO of REDI Cincinnati. She holds a BA from the University of Memphis, an MBA from Thomas More University, and a certificate in economic development from the International Economic Development Council.
