Sam Cameron, formerly of Cameron Butcher Commercial Real Estate, brings more than four decades of commercial real estate experience and leadership to every relationship. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about investing in people, mentoring others, and building a legacy that extends far beyond business success.

In 2020, Sam and his wife, Helen, partnered with Logan Harrison to launch Thrive Commercial Partners. The company was founded on a simple but powerful belief: success is rooted in cultivating a thriving mindset and helping others flourish.

Over the years, Sam has served as a broker, consultant, investor, and owner, gaining experience across virtually every facet of commercial real estate. Having navigated multiple market cycles, he has weathered both challenges and opportunities with perseverance, integrity, and an unwavering faith in God's provision and faithfulness.

Today, Sam is deeply committed to serving the Front Range community. He focuses much of his time on partnering with churches, nonprofit organizations, and a select group of clients whose missions align with his values.

Service, generosity, and faith remain at the center of Sam's life and work. He previously served as President of the Springs Rescue Mission and currently serves on the Elder Board at New Life Church as well as the regional board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Sam and Helen have been married for more than 45 years and are proud parents of three daughters, all of whom work in the commercial real estate industry. Together, they enjoy traveling to their native Scotland and exploring new destinations around the world.
